Repair before uploading again
Can this fix a Google Play Books processing error?
It repairs many common causes, including invalid EPUB ZIP packaging, incompatible package metadata, duplicate IDs, malformed navigation, missing manifest files, broken spine references, and invalid XHTML. No repair tool can guarantee acceptance when a book has rights, policy, or unsupported-content problems.
Does Epub Mender use Calibre?
No. The standard repair pipeline is implemented directly in Epub Mender. The optional deep compatibility rebuild is a separate mode for stubborn conversion problems.
How much does an EPUB repair cost?
One repair per day is free for EPUB files up to 5 MB. Additional repairs cost one DesignForever credit each, with a maximum file size of 10 MB per book. Customers with enough credits can repair batches of up to five books, with at most three processing simultaneously. Administrators are not charged credits.
Are uploaded books sent to another service?
No third-party upload service is used and no permanent copy is kept. The original upload is held only while the repair runs. The repaired EPUB is deleted immediately after download, or automatically within 30 minutes if it is not downloaded.
